"Zora Style" Ltd. is a factory for the production of furniture with individual design. In the manufacturing of furniture is produced a large amount of dust, which lowers air quality. Currently aspiration and ventilation in the premises is barely functioning, leading to bad working conditions. To remedy the problem, the project envisages the construction of aspiration and ventilation systems to filter the air in the premises. Another problem for the company are musculoskeletal problems of the employees. They result from prolonged sitting posture during working time. This problem will be solved with the purchase of ergonomic chairs. At present the company has no system for development and human resources management and the administration processes are conducted in written, causing difficulties, both for the administration and the entire staff. With the implementation of the project will be developed cloud-based system for human resource development, which will optimize the work processes in the enterprise and lead to resources efficiency. The main objective of the project is to improve working the conditions, reduce morbidity in "Zora Style" Ltd. through the purchase of ventilation and aspiration system for both industrial buildings. Other important objective is the implementation of efficient and flexible forms of work time as well as job rotation and reduce of the negative impact on the environment through the development of cloud-based system for human resource development. The target group of the project consists of 54 employees, 11 of them are over the age of 54, and 2 are disabled. As a result, we expect to improve working conditions, increase Safety-at work, reduce morbidity and to help reconcile work and private life of employees.
