The project objectives are aimed at improving the working environment in BELLA STYLE through provision of better and safer working conditions and introduction of more efficient and innovative forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will contribute directly to the improvement of job quality and will have a positive impact on productivity. Through establishment and implementation of innovative organizational systems and practices for managing human resources, provision of social benefits for workers and investment in safe and healthy working conditions, BELLA STYLE aims to provide: -Favourable, safe and secure working conditions; - Better reconciliation of work and private life of employees; -Improved quality of jobs; -Continuous employment of older workers, with a focus on employees over 54 years; -Improved productivity and sustainability of jobs; -Creation of socially oriented working conditions. The successful implementation of the defined project objectives and the expected results of its execution will be achieved through the following project activities: 1. Development, modification and introduction of an innovative system of organization and human resource management in the enterprise; 2. Transport to the workplace and back provided by the employer; 3. Improvement of the professional and health status of employees and ensuring safe and healthy working conditions through new measures for collective protection; 4.Introduction and provision of social benefits for the employees; 5.Project management. 6. Information and communication activities during the project implementation.
