Improving working conditions in KMM INZHENERING Ltd

KMM Engineering Ltd. is a private construction company established in early 2006. The company builds residential, industrial and public buildings and facilities in the country. Performs high-rise construction, infrastructure, electronic communications networks and facilities. Performs waterproofing, finishing, repair, renovation and ongoing maintenance of buildings and facilities. The company operates a united team of qualified engineers, technicians and builders. The company has no available system for human resources management and is working on outdated methodology, which does not allow flexibility in the workplace and resource-intensive. The company feels a need to improve conditions for recreation and upgrade introduced statutorily required measures and technologies safety of workers in order to reduce risk in the performance of tasks in construction, which is significant - by a factor of traumatic of 1.26 to 1.95 0.6 average. The project "Improving working conditions in KMM Engineering Ltd." aims to improve the working environment and working conditions in the building business through the introduction of a system for human resources development for the optimization of business processes and introducing practices to extend the working life older workers, providing means of collective protection, including better securing existing facilities scaffolding Hramar system and strengthen the trenches, providing Personal protective equipment and specialized clothing, and supplementing social benefits for workers by purchasing and equipping container as recreation rooms and dining.
