The project envisages actions for introduction of specialized software and installation of a safety system, alarm and control in disasters and emergencies. With the envisaged project investment will be achieved the following design objectives: 1. Introducing new management practices for the employed in the enterprise human resources by implementing software system; 2. Optimization of business processes through the introduction of flexible forms of employment, job rotation and mesures to extend the working life of older employees; 3. Prevention and reduction of occupational accidents and diseases through the introduction of means of collective protection; 4. Minimization of risks at work by modernizing and securing the production facilities. From the results of the project will benefit all employed in Egel Corp. persons who are the target group of the project. The final result of the project will improve the working environment and career development in Egel Corp. through introducing new occupetaional safety and human resource development practices.
