The project proposal aims to improve the working environment and working conditions in UniPOS. The project target group consists of all employees of UniPOS and also includes persons over the age of 54 and people with disabilities. The project provides measures promoting the reconciliation of work, family and private lives of employees, and measures of social responsibility, incl. promoting development in the field of environmental policy, policy on climate change, resource efficiency, incl. implementation of the requirements of EU law and national legislation in these areas. The project provides activities to ensure access for people with disabilities and activities to provide collective defense, including upgrading and/or reconstruction and/or safety of existing facilities, processes, equipment and facilities related to the improvement of working conditions in UniPOS.
