Improving working conditions in the "ECON-91" Ltd

The company "ECON-91" Ltd was established in 1996 and operates in two production lines / S20.30 and S31.03 / located on two sites:  Ruse town- Manufacture of paints and varnishes and painting materials - paints, plasters, primers for all surfaces, varnishes and lacquers for wood, adhesives, alkyd resins, PVA dispersions; solvents and specialty products.  Byala town-Production of latex - mattresses, pillows and more. The activities envisaged in this project are related to: 1.Improving and optimization of working conditions to prevent occupational accidents and diseases contributing to improving the health of employees and to reduce material costs with less absenteeism and higher productivity. 2.Encouraging measures to improve safety and working environment / Directive 89 / 391 EU /; 3. Enhancing the capacity of human resources; Project: Putting health and safety at work based on the quality of labor; Recognizing the contribution of safe and healthy working conditions for achieving good quality will stimulate economic growth and employment; upgradable EU initiatives to ensure the well-being at work, into account changes in the workplace and the emergence of new occupational risks; upgradable results of the company's policy to develop human resources. In developing the project are: 1. Unscrew the priorities for ongoing, sustainable and uniform reduction of occupational accidents and diseases, taking into account the legislative, organizational and technical, health and other preventive measures to ensure health and safety in the workplace. 2.Introduction of measures to extend the working lives of older employees and workers. In "ECON-91" Ltd work 235 people, of which 189 are over 54 years old i.e. 80.43% of the employees and workers over 54 years.
