"Extensive program for working condition improvement at Bulmarket DM Ltd."

The current project proposal is comprehensive program for quality improvement of the proffesional live of "Bulmarket DM" Ltd. employees, through out improvement of working organization and adequate health and safety working conditions implicated in the production facility of the company in city of Plovdiv, Biyala and the office in Rousse. This project proposal includes a wide variety of activities focused at working conditions improvement at the working places in the company, the quality of peoples life's, improvement in productivity as well as companies competitiveness such as: 1. Development and implementation of a human resource development system in the company focused on workflows optimisation , flexible employment practices, extention of older employees working life and to increase productivity and environmental protection; 2. Delivery of organized transport service for employees of the company from and to their working places on a route from city of Rouse to city of Marten on a shift basis according to the working hours in the office. 3.Assurance of social benefit for the employees of "Bulmarket DM" Ltd. in the company office in sity of Rousse - sport fitness hall and repair of the dressing room; 4. Purchase of personal protective equipment and special / protective clothing with better protective qualities and specifications for workers; 5. Advanced training of employees for specific health risks associated with the workstation and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention;
