Improving health and safety working conditions and promoting geographical mobility for the benefit of the employees in “Adelmax” Ltd.

The project proposal aims at improving the health and safety conditions and organization of work of all 26 persons, working in " Adelmaks " Ltd in compliance with the regulatory requirements for safety and health at work, in order to preserve the long-term capacity to work, to ensure high quality and sustainable employment, to increase labor productivity and the competitiveness of the company. The overall objective will be achieved through the implementation of a particular set of activities that include measures for easier reconciliation of family and professional life; lengthening the working life of older workers (over 54 age.); improving the geographical mobility of workers in the enterprise by providing transportation to and from the workplace; providing better and safer working conditions by the purchase of new, higher-quality PPE/special work clothes and collective protection measures; providing social benefits for the workers by creating facilities for rest and eating, tailored to the specific working conditions. The project activities are planned and selected to fully contribute to the achievement of the project goals. The expected results are measurable and achieving the indicators, set in the proposal. Constant monitoring and reporting will be performed during all project phases in pursuance of the principle for good financial management. The horizontal principles of OP “HRD” 2014-2020 are laid down and will be kept upon implementation of all activities. Sustainability of the results is foreseen, as “Adelmax” Ltd. will keep the employment of 50% of the representatives of the project group included in the project proposal for the period of min. 6 months upon the completion of the project activities.
