Improving the working environment in Tera-2 LTD by providing better and safety working conditions.

This project proposal is developed by Tera-2 Ltd – a company specialising in producing top women’s and men’s clothing. A leader in the production of ladies’s coats, jackets, skirts, pants and other garments. The enterprise is average, it employs (05.2016) 76 people identified as target group beneficiaries. The project envisions the realization of a set of activities for investment in human resources by improving the working environment in Tera-2 Ltd aimed to provide better and safer working conditions within the enterprise. For more effective management of labor resources and the better implementation of production processes with increased motivation of the employees, the company aims to provide funding for the purchase of equipment for collective defense. To improve the health and wellbeing status of the employees, the company plans to mediate environmental factors such as protecting them from adverse climate and providing increased ergonomics and lighting in their workplace. Tera-2 Ltd plans through implementation of the project to provide social benefits for workers – furnishing a place for short rest and nutrition, which will increase their comfort, willingness and motivation to work. There are about organizing – a woman’s restroom, adapted for people with disabilities. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the envisaged activities, the project will be managed and administered by a project team. This project proposal will be implemented through 100% funding f rom OP HRD and the ESF, whose grant dissemination activities will be implemented. The successful project implementation will be an adequate answer to the identified issues and needs of the target group through out provided health and safety working conditions, high quality of the occupation positions, enhanced work efficiency, opportunities for professional realisation and risk prevention of job leavers and lack of employee loyalty.
