"Safe and successful at work"

The project is aimed at providing healthy and safe working conditions, creating conditions for a long stay on the job for the older workers, creating sustainable employment through the promotion of geographical mobility of workers, improving the working environment and creating conditions for relaxation, and increasing the productivity of "Hydrostroy" LTD. "Hydrostroy" Ltd aims to ensure better protection of workers' health and minimize the risk of injuries by providing protective equipment with high protection class, with broad functionality and new technological improvements which provide not only the necessary protection, but bigger comfort at work, which increase the productivity. This will lead to a long stay on the job for the older workers, who are 52% of the employees in the enterprise. To realize the above objectives is planned to provide personal protective equipment (PPE) and special clothing (SROs), collective protection and social benefits for workers. The project will implement activities that will contribute to the reconciliation of work and private life of workers and to extend the working live of employees over 54 years of age. Such are the introduction of flexible working hours, planning of training and other measures to lifelong learning. The project aims to increase productivity and protect the environment through work organization and system of separate waste collection, as the activity of "Hydrostroy" Ltd is related to the use of different materials that can be recycled as a result of separate collection of waste. To preserve employment of employees of the company who live in another place, project provides transport to and from the workplace.
