This project proposal aims to improve the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of work places and reflects positively on productivity. The introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for managing human resources and investment in safe and healthy working conditions are among the ways to achieve progress in this direction. The project implementation will contribute to adapt management processes in the enterprise to a new approach to regulation and normalization of labour and building a modern system of labour standards. Set basic and specific objectives will be achieved through the implementation of project activities, namely: 1. Organization and Project Management 2. Development, adaptation and introduction of a system for human resources development in "Office idea plus" Ltd. 3. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees in "Office idea plus" Ltd. 4. Promotion of the EU contribution to the project , through the implementation of activities for information and publicity. The duration of the project proposal is 12 months. The budget requested financial assistance amounting to 81 395.85BGN. The applicant is responsible for the proper implementation of activities as well as for the proper disbursement of expenditure in the budget and in line with national and European legislation.
