Good and safety working conditions "Ilinden " Ltd.

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of the work environment in the "Ilinden" Ltd by providing good and safe work conditions, introduction of flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, improving the quality of jobs through investments in collective and personal protective equipment, training of personnel to reduce the risks of the work environment and ensuring social benefits. The project implementation will allow for the use of innovative models of work organization aimed at increasing productivity, conservation and efficient use of resources. Basic activities: Creation and implementation of a system for human resources development in the "Ilinden" Ltd. Providing the means for collective protection through modernization and reconstruction of existing facilities and equipment related to the improvement of work conditions Purchase of PPE and special work clothing for people in the "Ilinden" Ltd. Training of 223 employees from "Ilinden" on specific health risks associated with the workstation and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention. Social benefits for people in the "Ilinden". Equipping the caffeteria and providing rooms for rest and eating, corresponding to rational standards and special working conditions. Project activities respond to the needs of the target group - the need for flexible forms of employment and staff training in order to improve the skills to prevent risks in the workplace and the environment. Investments in collective protective equipment, modern, ergonomic PPE and clothing will ensure a higher degree of protection from accidents and reduce occupational diseases. The creation of social benefits will improve work conditions and increase motivation and productivity all throughout the enterprise.
