Improving the working environment in Karina-Ruse LTD.

Karina-Ruse Ltd. applies in this procedure as an employer striving to ensure a healthy and safe working environment for its staff. The current project is an appropriate opportunity for the company to add more value to its activities, taking measures to improve the organization of work, introducing new methods of management and development of human resources and improvement of work environment factors. The activities in the proposal include: development and implementation of Human resources development system; providing organized transport to and from the workplace; purchasing of collective redress by which will reduce the adverse impact of the micro climate in industrial premises. Within the project implementation mandatory activities for information and publicity and organization and project management are also provided. The target group of the project includes 357 employees of the company, among which 29 persons over 54 years of age, 6 persons with disabilities, 7 working families. The candidate will maintain employment of min. 50% of the target group involved in the project for a period of 6 months after completion of the project activities. Planned activities will result in the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to improving quality of life, improving productivity, enhancing social inclusion by improving working conditions in the workplace and occupational and health status of the workforce, in compliance with the law (national and European), the principles laid down in Regulation (EC) №1081/2006 and in accordance with established company policy for safety and health at work.
