Creating a good and safe working conditions in "ALPETRANS BULGARIA" LTD.

Company Alpetrans Bulgaria was established in April 2013 with headquarters in Plovdiv. The main activity is the international transport of goods and cargo within the European Union and is part of Alpe Holding, leading back to the 1980s. Primary mission is to deliver high quality services at competitive prices in Bulgaria and Europe. With a team of professionals the company meets the needs of each client. As specialists in the transport of goods at controlled temperatures and isothermal protection, the company provides a link between the most important areas of production and sales. Thanks to the synergy with the Italian group now has the ambition to become a competitive and qualified transport operator.Za this purpose now invest in modern and high-tech fleet in Plovdiv, consisting of 91 vehicles and 179 employees. For the company it is important to provide good and safe conditions in the working environment of the employees. This is a prerequisite for achieving greater competitiveness, increase profits and strengthening of market position. With the implementation of the project, "ALPETRANS BULGARIA" Ltd. provides the following activities: Action 1: Development, adaptation and implementation of methods processes for human resource development in the enterprise; Activity 2: Provide organized transport to and from the workplace of employees; Activity3: Providing resources for collective defense; Action Service4: Purchase of special clothing and personal protective equipment; Deynost5: Training of employees regarding the specific risks to health associated with the workstation; Activity 6: Provision of benefits - recreation room and meals, and room for sports and movement of workers; Activity 7: Acquisition of a standard for good and safe working conditions; Activity 8: Provision of information and publicity; Action 9: Forming a team, organization and management of the project;
