Improvement of the working conditions and the mutual work with the human resources in Alucom AD.

The project proposal aims further improvement of the working surroundings in Alucom AD by improving the working conditions and human resources management. To achieve the purpose, this project proposal includes the following activities: -development, adaptation and implementation of a complete system for human resources development in Alucom AD, including measures for selection, training, development and continuity of the personnel, optimization of working processes by flexible forms of employment, innovative models and practices for the personnel engagement to environment protection. -purchasing of personal protective equipment (PPE) and special clothing. - training of workers and employees about the specific health risks at the work place. As a result of the project implementation: -New innovative models will be implemented for labor organization, aimed at increasing the productivity and engagement of the staff to environmental protection; actions for the selection, training, development and continuity of the staff; optimization of the working processes through flexible forms of employment, actions for the easier facilitation of work and private life and to extend the working life of older employees. - The safety and healthiness of working conditions will be improved, by supplying of the employees with high quality PPE and special working clothing. - A training will be conducted, concerning topics directed towards the prevention of risk and health damage of the most significant indirect production factors.
