Modern and safe working environment at Gamaplast BG Ltd.

The overall project objective: to improve the working environment in the enterprises, incl. Gamaplast BG Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. The project also aims encouraging geographical mobility and employment of the workforce in Bulgaria by organizing transport of employees in the company. The specific project objectives: Introduction of practices to extend the working life of older employees and facilitating the balance between the professional, family and private life; Human resource information management system development and implementation; Providing organized transport of employees for 12 months; Updating and certification of a health and safety management system according to BS OHSAS 180001: 2007; Providing collective defense equipment; purchase of new personal protective equipment and special clothing for 40 employees; Providing social benefits for all the employees- dining rooms, a relaxation place, and sport zone. The project objectives will be accomplished by realizing the following activities: Introduction of practices to extend the working life of older employees and facilitating the balance between the professional, family and private life; Human resource information management system development and implementation;Providing organized transport of employees for 12 months; Purchase of collective defense equipment; Purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing for the employees; Updating and certification of a health and safety management system according to BS OHSAS 180001: 2007; Providing social benefits for all the employees; Information and publicity measures; Organization and project management. The project will contribute to improving the working environment and quality of jobs, improving working process optimization and human resources management which will positively affect labor productivity in the enterprise.
