GOOD AND SAFE WORK CONDITIONS AT SIT GROUP 13 LTD

SIT GROUP 13 Ltd. provides construction and maintenance of real estate. In relation to our commitment continuously to improve working conditions, the project has the following objectives: Main objective - improving the working environment at "SIT GROUP 13" Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions, and implementing innovative processes in human resources management, as well as social benefits. The specific objectives of this project proposal are: - To introduce innovative practices for easier reconciliation of private and professional lives of employees at "SIT GROUP 3" Ltd., an extension of working life, better internal organization; - To ensure personal and collective protective equipment/garments, to enhance competencies on specific risks; - To provide social benefits for workers. To achieve our objectivea, we have planned the following activities: - Introduction of flexible working hours, introducing practices to extend the professional life, introducing an innovative system for working time control; - Provision of collective and personal protective equipment/garments, training for specific risks; - Provision of equipment and places for recreation and dining facilities, etc .; - Project Organization and Management; - Information and publicity. The expected results of the project are: - improved conditions for reconciling private and professional life of employees and prolonging working life of individuals over 54 years; - Improved safety and health at work; - Created benefits for employees; - Preserved employment of at least 50% of the target group involved in the project for a period of 6 months after the end of the project; - Implemented measures for resource efficiency by purchasing - Energysaving equipment; - Compliance with horizontal principles. The target group includes all employees of SIT GROUP 13 Ltd. which are 33, 4 are over 54 years old.
