Safety and health for employees of Menkaure Ltd.

Menkaura Ltd. was founded in 2004 and is working in the construction sector for more than 12 years, the stage of investigation and preparation of project, carrying out construction activities, finishing and repair work in order to complete construction and commissioning of facilities. This project proposal aims to improve the quality of the working environment and raise labor productivity in the company by improving safety and health at work, and the introduction of efficient and flexible forms of work organization. Special attention will be paid to older employees of the company, as well as people with disabilities, which will create the necessary conditions for reconciling work and family life. The implementation of project activities will develop a new model of labor organization to be adapted according to the activities and conditions in the company, its employees and their needs. It is planned to develop special software to enable teleworking and reporting of time worked in flexible forms of employment and contribute to increasing the productivity and satisfaction of employees. Through the grant will be purchased and specialized equipment and personal protective equipment for workers of the company and will improve the conditions for short-term recreation and nutrition, physical culture and sports. It is planned to purchase and three wagons with suitable conditions for recreation workers of the company and formation of a gym. During the implementation of project activities will be implemented and activities aimed at promoting the procedure "Good and safe working conditions" received funding under the OP Human Resources Development 2014-2020, achieved best practice and project results among stakeholders and the general public.
