Improved and safer working conditions at Ruvex SA

This project is aimed at improving the working conditions and workplace safety in Ruvex SA in compliance with the legislative standards and requirements. The project proposal will contribute to achieving the objectives of the "Human Resources Development" Operational Programme. The project addresses the following objectives, which are part of the short-term and long-term plans of Ruvex SA: Overall objective: improving the working conditions, health and safety in Ruvex SA in compliance with the legislative standards and requirements. Specific objectives: - Introduction of new systems, practices and organization of labour; - Introduction of new processes for providing safe working conditions; - Training of workers and employees on specific health and safety risks. The implementation of project activities will contribute to accomplishing the objectives of the HRD Operational Programme: Priority Axis 1: Improving access to employment and job quality, Investment Priority 7: "Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change", Specific Objective 1: Increasing the number of covered employed persons of companies in which new systems, practices and instruments have been implemented for development of human resources and improving the organization and working conditions. New organizational practices, models and systems for management of human resources will be introduced, which will contribute to improving how human resources are managed, will optimize work processes, including the introduction of means for flexible employment to make it easier to balance professional and family life and for the introduction of practices for extending the working life of employees at an advanced age. Ruvex SA aims to introduce new organizational models and systems for management of human resources and will investment in safer and healthier working conditions, which is going to contribute to boosting the productivity of labour.
