IMPROVEMENT OF LABOUR CONDITIONS IN COC VRATSA

Overall objective: Improving the working environment in "COC - Vratsa" EOOD by providing good and safe working conditions, introduction of efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources and ensuring access for persons with disabilities. Specific objectives: 1 / Introduction of new organizational practices for reconciling work and private life of employees in COC and extending the working life of older workers by introducing flexible forms of employment and mentoring; Introducing environment protecting measures; 2 / Providing safe and healthy working conditions for the employees in COC by collective protection equipment and personal protective equipment; 3 / Ensuring access for persons with disabilities to COC's buildings. Target groups: Employees of COC Vratsa, whose working places require use of collective protection equipment, PPE and special clothing; Persons who prepare daily doses of cytotoxic drugs in the hospital pharmacy; Employees with special needs - people in pre-retirement age (over 54 years), people with disabilities and people who care for a small child, elderly or sick family member - 181 people altogether. The following activities will be performed: 1 / Project management; 2 / Organization of procurement procedures for services / supplies; 3 / Development, adaptation and introduction of elements of human resources development system and innovative models of work organization; 4 / Development and implementation of measures to promote environment protection policy; 5 / Providing safe and healthy working conditions by collective protection equipment; 6 / Purchase of special clothing; 7 / Purchase of personal protective equipment; 8 / Provision of benefits for employees - access for people with disabilities; 9 / Staff training for aseptic operation and handling of hazardous substances; 10 / Activities for information and publicity.
