"Good and safe working conditions in "AK MAGNIT" AD"

“AK MAGNIT” AD is a company specialized in development and manufacturing of inductive components from 1VA to 3MVA,cable connections,relays,products of the electrical engineering industry and is the employer of 379people. The project’s general purpose is “To improve the working environment in “AK MAGNIT”AD by providing better and safer working conditions,efficient and flexible forms of labor organization and human resource management resulting in improved quality of the employment and increased labor productivity in the company,as well as in encouraging the geographical mobility.” The following activities are planned to be implemented under the draft proposal of the project: Activity1:Development,adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the company as a result of which the company shall implement systems for human resource development including working processes optimization including flexible form of employment and methods for easier balancing the professional,family and personal life as well as extending the work life of older officers and employees(over 54 years) Activity2:Providing organized transportation by the employer to and from the working place of the company employees, for a period of 12 months resulting in–Provided organized own transportation by the employer to and from the working place of the employees of “AK MAGNIT”AD for a period of 12 months Activity3:Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the officers and employees–under which the company plans to purchase PPE and special working clothes Activity4:Project organization and management resulting in secured efficient organization of the project implementation Activity5:Information and publicity as a result of which shall be provided means of information and publicity in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for the implementation of information and communication regulations 2014-2020.
