This project aims to improve the working environment in Despred AD by taking munber of measures to improve the working environment in the enterprise in order to ensure good and safe working conditions and the introduction of efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management human resources. Undertaken project activities are expected to improve the quality of jobs and to reflect positively on labor productivity in Despred AD. The target group of the project includes all employees in the company. In the target group are people aged over 54. Project envisages measures promoting the reconciliation of work, family and private life of employees and employees in the company. The project aims to provide access for people with disabilities. The project envisages measures for corporate social responsibility, contributing to promoting development in the field of environmental policy, policy on climate change, resource efficiency, incl. implementation of the requirements of EU law and national legislation in these areas. There are also activities for securing existing facilities and acquisition of equipment and activities for the benefits of the employees.
