Support for better and safer working conditions "GOPET TRANS" Ltd.

"GOPET TRANS" Ltd. applies in this proceeding as an employer, following a targeted social policy and social responsibility manifested through activities ensuring healthy and safe working environment. This project is an appropriate opportunity for the company to add more value to their activities by taking related measures: improving work organization and introduction of new methods of management and development of human resources and improving work environment factors. Activities in the proposal include: developing and implementing a system for human resources development and introduction of specialized software for human resources management; providing organized transport to and from the workplace; purchasing of collective redress by which will provide ergonomics at work, purchase of PPE and SROs, by which will reduce the risk of injuries and disabilities in the workplace, implementation and certification system for OHS. Within the project provides activities and information and publicity and organization and project management. The target group of the project includes 204 employees of the company, among which 24 persons over 54 years old and 4 persons with disabilities. The candidate will maintain employment at least 50% of the target group involved in the project for a period of six months. Planned activities will result in the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to improving quality of life, improving productivity, enhancing social inclusion by improving working conditions in the workplace and occupational and health status of the workforce, in compliance with the law (national and European), the principles laid down in Regulation (EC) №1081 / 2006 and in accordance with established company policy safety and health at work.
