Higher-quality "green" jobs in the Centre Play Ltd.

Center play Ltd. was founded in 2012 and already for 4 years is in the business of park design, construction and maintenance of green areas and vegetation, construction and maintenance of automated irrigation systems. This project proposal aims to improve the quality of the working environment and raise labor productivity in the company by improving safety and health at work and the introduction of flexible forms of employment. Special attention will be paid to older employees of the company, as well as people with disabilities, which will create the necessary conditions for reconciling work and family life. Project activities will be developed a new model of labor organization to be adapted and implemented according to the activities and conditions in the company, its employees and their needs. It is planned to develop special software to enable teleworking and reporting of time worked in flexible forms of employment will contribute to increased productivity and employee satisfaction of the company and will help create "green" skills for transition to a resource efficient economy. For part of the target group - employees living outside of Bourgas will be provided transport to and from work within the 12 months of project implementation. Through the grant will be purchased specialized equipment and personal protective equipment for the workers of the company and will be made access and better conditions of employment for 4 people with disabilities. It is planned to purchase a container with suitable conditions for recreation of workers of the company. During the implementation of project activities will be implemented and activities aimed at promoting the procedure "Good and safe working conditions" received funding under the OP Human Resources Development 2014-2020, achieved best practice and project results among stakeholders and the general public.
