The project Ensuring safety, health and achieve favorable micro-climate in Leomet Ltd. is aimed at improving the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions, introduction of efficient and flexible forms of work organization, human resource management and providing benefits for our employees, which will contribute to reducing the risks leading to occupational diseases and injuries, optimal combination of professional, private and family life of employees and extending the activity and employment of older workers.
