Support for good and safe working conditions in Elecs Group – Holding Ltd

ELECS Group - Holding Ltd applies in this procedure as an employer, following a targeted social policy and social responsibility manifested through activities ensuring healthy and safe working environment. This project is an appropriate opportunity for the company to add more value to their activities by taking related measures: improving work organization and introduction of new methods of management and development of human resources, improvement of work environment factors, providing additional social benefits for employees. Activities in the proposal include: development and implementation of human resources development system; purchase of personal and collective protection with the help of which would avoid the risks identified in relation to inadequate lighting, lack of protection from static electricity, excessive noise, chemical agents; equipment and repair facilities for dining and recreation. The project provides as well activities for information and publicity and profect organization and management. The target group of the project includes 107 employees of the company, among which 35 persons over 54 years of age and 25 mothers with a child under 18 years of age.The candidate will maintain employment min. 50% of the target group involved in the project for a period of six months. Planned activities will result in the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to improving quality of life, improving productivity, enhancing social inclusion by improving working conditions in the workplace and occupational and health status of the workforce, in compliance with the law (national and European), the principles laid down in Regulation (EC) №1081 / 2006 and in accordance with established company policy safety and health at work.
