This project includes activities for improvement the working environment in the enterprise AS Engineering Ltd. The main activities scheduled for implementation are: 1. Introducing effective and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management with an accent to employees aged over 54 years and the opportunities for reconciliation the personal and professional life 2. Extension of the professional life of individuals over 54 years of age by developing an annual training plan for employees, and in particular training program for persons over 54 years of age to acquire new knowledge and skills and strengthening the practice of longlife learning. 3. Improving currently used personal protective equipment and special work clothing trough providing new more modern and reliable personal protective equipment and work clothing. 4. Ensuring collective protection trough buying advanced lighting, local aspiration and improved climate through adequate heating in the premises;. 5. Training of the employees for specific risks connected with the work performed in the enterprise by plan and schedule, in accordance with the requirements of the Employer 6. Informing and publicity for the financial support from The European Union. 7. Organization and management of the project. The indications for achieving the goals of the project are: - Provided modern personal protective equipment and working clothes for all employees- 57 person. - Provided funds for collective defense - local aspiration, heating appliances, new lighting - Skilled employees - 57
