Providing a good and safe working conditions for the Raicommerce Construction JSC employees.

The Raicommerce Construction Ltd. project proposal includes activities aimed at improving good and healthy working conditions in the enterprise.The main activity of the applicant is "Construction of transmission and distribution pipelines" as currently employed are 292, 30 persons over '54 included.All the employees (employed in construction activities and in administration) are included in the target group of the project.The employer intends to introduce measures to contribute to facilitate the reconciliation of private and professional life, which is among the main identified needs of the employees.Emphasis will be placed on practices to extend the working lives of older workers (over 54 years).The envisaged measures will include the introduction of flexible forms of employment and subsequent changes in the system of remuneration of labor.The nature of work in the enterprise and specific health risks associated with the workstation and office are a prerequisite for a high risk of accidents.It is planned to provide collective defense and PPE to improve working conditions and occupational and health status of affected employees in this regard.To provide comfort and a good working environment for workers on open sites, the employer will purchase and equip a container for recreation and dining.With the implementation of the project activities the company will promote positive changes in the behavior of the management staff and all other employees towards good and healthy working environment, which will have a lasting positive effect on the target group and the company as a whole.The project duration will be 18 months.An experienced and competent Project manager is determined to ensure the effective implementation of the organization and management activities.The information about the project execution will be publicly available.
