Improving safety and work conditions in LENI TRADE LTD

LENI TRADE LTD carries out wholesale and retail trade in petroleum products and other goods, storage,licensing and leasing transactions,stock control,advertising services,construction and Assembly activity, delivery and installation of machinery and equipment and other. The company owns a gas station located in the town of Plovdiv.The need of implementation of the project is related to the identified need for providing better working conditions,better special workwear and PPE and dining area for all employees of LENI TRADE LTD. The target group are all employees in the company, 14 operating, 2 over 54 years. Commitment of leadership is to keep employment at the min. 50% of the target group for a period of 6 months after the completion of project activities. The project activities include: organization and management of the project; Information and publicity; Developing, adapting and introduction of systems for the development of human resources in the enterprise and the introduction of innovative models for the organization of work, through the development of a strategy for the introduction of new systems, practices and tools for the development of human resources and labour organization, on the basis of to be developed software for human resource management. Providing safe and healthy work conditions, improve work and health status of the workers by providing a collective means of protection, purchase of PPE and protective clothing,specific training of the employees;social benefits for the workers. Expected results of the project are: Introduced innovative models for labour organisation ; Improved work conditions of the workers, 14; Provided the prerequisites for the transition to a low-carbon economy sustainable to climate change, environmentally sustainable and using resources efficiently.
