Optimizing health and safety at work in Arcus - stroy

In the long and short-term plans of the management of "Arcus-stroy" Ltd stands the continuous improvement of working conditions in the company. This project proposal is addressing similar objectives as those set out in the strategy of the company. The project aims to achieve higher standards of work by improving working conditions and work environment parameters. The overall objective will be achieved by ensuring a good and safe working conditions, effective and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs, provide sustainable employment and to increase satisfaction of the work of the employees. Achieving the goals will ensure the implementation of the planned project activities, namely: - Organization and management; - Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development; - Optimize the health and safety achieved by providing means of collective protection and purchase of PPE and special clothing. - Providing benefits for our employees. Implementation of activities will contribute the enhancing the productivity of employees in the enterprise workers and staff. The expected effect on the target groups in the company is the improvement of working conditions in the workplace by raising the level of security, safety, comfort and common standard employed in the enterprise . The participants in the project will improve their health and professional status. Direct effects on the target group are providing opportunities for the introduction of flexible forms of employment for a longer stay in employment of 14 persons over age of 54., Reduction of occupational accidents and diseases, reducing workplace accidents, providing opportunities for social benefits to employees and improving the quality of the production process.
