Providing safe working conditions and social benefits for the employees of Arexim Engineering EAD

This project will help financially and upgrade measures to increase job satisfaction, safety and job security in Arexim Engineering EAD. The main objective of the project - improving the working environment and working conditions in Arexim Engineering EAD - will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities: 1) Organisation, management and publicity of the project; 2) Providing transportation to and from the workplace; 3) Providing means of collective protection, 4) Provision of protective clothing and personal protective equipment for employees; 5) Providing social benefits for the employees. The current project will contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the procedure, namely to improve the working environment in a significant for the municipality of Smolyan enterprise. The funding of this project will promote geographical mobility of 255 employees and will support a new "green" activity in the field of resource efficiency. As an indirect result of the project, the increased motivation to work will lead to the increase of the productivity of employees. This on the other hand will improve the competitiveness of the company. Results and objectives will be sustainable over time, as the company will continue to finance with its own funds, not only the provision of work wear, the personal protective equipment and the transportation of the employees but also other social activities.
