Improving of the working conditions at DIPI LTD.

The main purpose of the project is to improve the working environment at "DIPI" Ltd., by providing good and safe working conditions, effective and flexible forms of work organization and human resources management. The project provides development and implementation of system for human resources development, incl. measures to reconcile the private and the professional life, introduction of flexible forms of employment, extending the professional life of the workers over 54 years old; providing means for collective protection, special clothing and PPE; trainings and social benefits. The main activities of the project are as follows: 1. Development and implementation of systems for human resource development with emphasis on practices to facilitate the reconciliation of work, family and private life and extend the working life of older workers; 2. Providing adequate means of collective protection, PPE and special clothing, conducting training related to workplace risks; 3. Provide social benefits for workers – places for short rest, nutrition, sports and daily activities for their children. The project provides two supporting activities related to the project management and implementation and to the execution of the measures for information and publicity. Direct results: - Implemented a system for human resources development, created conditions for flexible activity, for reconciliation of the private and the professional life, created conditions for longer professional life of workers over 54 years old; - Completed collective protection measures such as heating, lighting, aspiration, etc .; - Purchased a special clothing and PPE; - Implemented a trainings related to workplace risks; - Created places and conditions for short rest, nutrition and sports of workers and for daily children activities; - Improved the productivity, profitability and competitiveness of DIPI Ltd.
