Additional measures for improving the safety working conditions at Holcim Karierni Materiali Plovdiv AD

The implementation of this project will help Holcim Karierni Materiali Plovdiv AD to provide adequate conditions for the prevention of occupational and health risks in the company. The main objective of the project is to improve the working environment in Holcim Karierni Materiali Plovdiv AD, by introducing effective forms of work organization and human resource management and provide good and safe working conditions. Project activities are: organization and management, information and publicity, as well as activities related to the introduction of innovative models of work organization and systems for the development of human resources, purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing, means of collective protection, insurance access for persons with disabilities in the company, as well as additional benefits for employees, incl. repair and equipping of recreation, dining and holiday businesses, sports facilities and others. Provided for enforcement activities are in full compliance with the overall objective of the OP Human Resources Development - improving the quality of life of people by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization, human resource management and working conditions, and are within the Priority axis 1 of the HRD OP "Improving access to employment and job quality" as an opportunity to bring the quality of work Holcim Plovdiv AD in accordance with the standards and requirements of the European market and improving the organization of human resources. The selected target group includes all 56 employees of the company, as people over 54 years involved in the project are 25 and people with disabilities - 3. As a result, will be improved the productivity of these individuals and will be introduced new systems and practices in social policy and responsibility of the company, will be increased the quality of work and will be provided maximum protection for employees.
