The project proposal is aimed at improving the working environment in the enterprise by developing, adapting and introducing a system of human resource development. A program will be developped for implementation of opportunities for flexible forms of employment with the aim of optimizing the workflow focusing on practices for combining work, family and private life more easily and extending the working life of older employees. This, in turn, is expected to improve the work place quality and to have a positive effect on labor productivity in the enterprise. Introducing new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management and investments in safe and healthy working conditions will contribute to the progress in this direction. The company will introduce new processes for safe and healthy working environment by providing means of collective protection, including modernization and reconstruction of the plant. The purchase of PPE and special clothing will ensure a high level of safe operation and better working conditions. New systems, practices and tools for human resource development and labor organization will be implemented by providing benefits for employees, such as construction of break rooms, eating spaces, relaxation and sports facilities. The company will also develop and encourage geographic mobility by providing transport for the employees in the enterprise. The objective is the preservation of their employment and raising the levels of sustainable employment since the worksite in the company of most of the targeted workers is outside the settlement of their workplace. Through this scheme the company "ATM-Spasov" EOOD will complement and upgrade the measures implemented by contract under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013 scheme for Grant BO 051 PO 001-2.3.02 "Safe work".
