Improving the quality of jobs in the "HERMES COMMERCE R" Ltd.

Hermes Commers R was established in 1990 and its main activity has been the distribution of food and drinks. It is the main distributor of some world famous brands for Bulgaria. Hermes Commers R is a trade organization which is continuously renovating and growing. The commercial, logistic and marketing departments of the company employ highly qualified staff, whose aim is the satisfaction of the increasing needs and requirements of the customers through the continuous renovation and expansion of the product range and the distribution network, direct control over the quality and service at all levels, optimization of the cost per unit and keeping the price and quality ratio in favor of the customer. The objective of this project is the improvement of the work environment in the company through the provision of favorable and safe working conditions, as well as effective and flexible forms of organization of labor and human resource management which will in turn improve the quality of jobs and positively impact the labor productivity in Hermes Commers R. This will be achieved through the development, adjustment and introduction of a human resource development system corresponding to the general policy of the company. The system is going to define the framework of the company’s objectives in the sphere of human resources and will be an effective tool for the management of these resources.
