The project aims to improve the working environment "Stenli-03" Ltd, by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn stranashte improve the quality of jobs and will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise. With the implementation of concrete projects "Stenli-03" Ltd. focuses on the introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for managing human resources and investment in safe and healthy working conditions as essential practices for achieving progress in this direction. The project will help provide opportunities for the introduction of flexible forms of employment will contribute to the reconciliation of work and private lives of employees, but also for a longer stay in employment of older workers. This in turn will increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. To achieve the set objectives will be implemented the following activities: "Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the enterprise"; "Providing the means for collective protection related to improving working conditions"; "Purchase of LPE and special clothing"; "Providing benefits to workers by equipping the dining areas, recreation and sport in the enterprise." The project provides activities for organization and project management, as well as in information and publicity.
