Improving the work environment in "EL BAT" JSC

The developed project proposal is aimed at improving the corporate policy of the company to improve the quality of personal, professional and working life of employees in " EL BAT " AD, by providing good and safe working conditions, including the longer you stay in employment of older workers. The implementation of the following main activities in the project proposal: - Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development; - Providing safe and healthy working conditions , improve work and health of workers; - Providing benefits for workers , including equipment of places to eat and rest, is a key prerequisite for improving working conditions in the workplace and quality of life , increase labor efficiency and consequently the competitiveness of the company , including the shift to a low-carbon , sustainable climate change , environmentally sustainable and resource-efficient . As a socially responsible employer, "EL BAT" AD has introduced working conditions in accordance with the requirements and standards set by national legislation in the field of OHSAS. On the other hand , the company has identified the need for continuous improvement of methods of managing health and safety , and improving the organization of work and related work processes , increase productivity and protect the environment .
