The project proposal is aimed at improving the working environmen in " Evroconsult - Tsvetan Tsonev" LTD, by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. Activities encompass 24 persons from the target group and includes creating and implementing a system for managing human resources and implementation of social benefits associated with recreation in the workplace and nutrition.The project provides for the purchase of specialized software for human resources management, residential containers intended for rest and containers for food. The project provides activities for project management, publicity and visualization.
