The main idea of the project is to provide good and safe working conditions and create possibilities for longer employment in “Metal-cutting instruments 2015”. This will be achieved through the following activities: - Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the enterprise - purchase and introduction of check-in and check-out system as an opportunity for a flexible form of employment in view of optimizing the working processes; development, approval and implementation of Regulations for the company labor order, perfecting the organization of work and creating conditions for a transition to flexible working hours and program for prolonging the working lives by providing "green" and safe jobs. - Providing safe and healthy working conditions through collective and personal protective equipment to improve the working and health status of employees through the implementation of aspiration, air conditioning, efficient lighting of the workplace; - Providing social benefits for the workers in the places for recreation, nutrition and relaxation - Information and Publicity and Monitoring and Management activities The company was established in 2015 with core business of manufacturing and trading of cutting tools and although it is a new one there are already purchased machines, equipment and hired 8 employees/50%above54/. Contracts have been signed and the company works actively. The owner has more than 20 years experience in this industry and started his own business. Through this project the working conditions will become better and safer for the employees. The sector of machine tools is traditional for Gabrovo, formerly known as "The Bulgarian Manchester" and the company can rely on lasting partnerships with clients from all over Europe, thanks to the experience of the owner. All this opens possibilities for sustainability of the jobs and working conditions in the company.
