Better and safer work conditions for the employees of "Dimitrov" Ltd.

The main aim of this project proposal is providing conditions to improve the health and safety of the employees of Dimitrov Ltd and improving the work environment at the company. This aim will be achieved through a set of activities envisaged under the project: + forming a team to organize and manage the project in order to ensure the successful and trouble-free implementation of the planned activities; + provision of collective protection means, including modernization of existing sites, technological processes, machines and facilities, through the following specific measures: 1. Applying collective protection means for modernization of the air conditioning system in production building M1 for protection from non-beneficial microclimate; 2. Applying collective protection means through placing local lighting at the tailors’ workplaces in production buildings M1 and M3 to improve the quality and quantity lighting indicators; 3. Provision of work ergonomics in production buildings M1 and M3, through applying collective protection means to limit the risks of the negative impact of continuous sitting. + provision of publicity of the activities implemented under the project, in order to disseminate the best practice in the region; + introducing flexible employment forms for people over 54 years old. The successful implementation of the activities planned will lead to the following specific results for Dimitrov OOD: + improved work environment factors at Dimitrov Ltd, in particular: + work ergonomics (including for disabled workers) in production buildings M1 and M3; + protection from a non-beneficial microclimate in production building M3; + improved quantity and lighting quality indicators in production buildings M1 and M3. The aggregate effect of the implementation of this project proposal will ensure the provision of the conditions needed to improve the health and safety of the workers and employees of Dimitrov Ltd.
