Brothers Chicheklievi Ltd. was founded 1996 . Operates in two directions , the main design, production , installation and servicing of refrigeration and ventilation equipment , and the second started with the aim of completing the cycle of furniture and consists in the production of specialized furniture for shops, restaurants, and now furniture for the home. In the process of manufacture using standard methods for handling materials that could couse a serious danger to the health of the 22 workers / employees. Currently 7 employees in the company are targeted "persons over 54 years of age" and two have yet to come into this category of workers next year. In the context of this circumstance, as a responsible employer to its employees Chicheklievi Brothers Ltd., plans to introduce efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. By contracting specialized company to analyzing the human resources and by purchase of specialized software will be introduce new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management. The project proposal provides consultation, auditing and certification and training of workers related to the acquisition of BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 management system of health and safety at work. To make this happened, Brothers Chicheklievi Ltd will have to purchase clothes, personal and collective protective equipment and conducting training for working with them. To increase the productivity of workers in the enterprise provides and making investments in renovation and equipment of recreation, dining and recreation.
