Good and safe conditions at work for Streza ltd.

The main objective of the project is to improve the working environment and quality of jobs in Stresa Ltd., which will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for the development of human resursi.Vavezhdane a new model of work organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection 2.Implementation of good and safe working conditions by purchasing personal protective equipment, special clothing, collective protection and maintenance of standard safety OHSAS 18001 3. Ensuring a benefits-access for people with disabilities, repair and differentiation and equipment for recreation, nutrition and rest in Stresa Ltd. The implementation of activities designed to achieve the set objectives by implementing the new results will contribute to achieving the indicators project. The project is aimed at implementation of measures to meet the needs of the target group, which includes all 129 employees of which 28 persons over in 54 years and 2 disabled persons by: development and implementation of a system of labor organization that take into consideration flexitime, measures to extend working life of persons over 54 years optimization tools for internal communication, creation and implementation of a handbook for "green practices" to minimize the risks health workers through the purchase of personal protective equipment, special clothing and collective protective inflammatory means; preserving the health of workers and increase their personal motivation by providing facilities for dining, recreation, and provide access to employees with disabilities. The implementation of the project of Streza Ltd. will lead to improvement of the work in enterprise-date safety standards of labor, which will contribute to increased productivity and efficiency raboteshtite.fekt on labor productivity.
