Improvement of the quality of the jobs and working conditions in BTG Ltd.

Current project proposal aims to improve the quality of the working environment in BTG Ltd. by providing better and safer working conditions, as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources for better reconciliation of work and personal life of employees. The necessary investments will be provided to create attractive and safer working environment, higher quality of jobs through effective and modern prevention of professional risks, flexibility of business processes that will directly affect in better performance of BTG LTD. Planned project activities include the implementation of a specialized software and equipment, needed for the use of innovative approaches for human resource management, optimization of business processes, creation of flexible forms of employment, taking into account the individual needs of workers to better reconcile work with personal life for equality and avoid discrimination. The project implementation will lead to the creation of an attractive working environment, flexible forms of employment, promotion of professional and IT skills of the stuff and the digitalization of business processes and management of human resources, will help the company and its employees to adapt to specific needs of the labor market. Project activities meet identified needs and individual needs of the target groups tailored to the specific characteristics of the activity and business processes of the company and ensure the sustainability and synergy between this project and implemented in 2010 and 2011. projects of the company in Operational Program "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy". The aim of the project corresponds to the role of the OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, to actively implement two of the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" in the field of employment, as well as the purposes of this selection procedure.
