Ensuring health and safety working conditions for the employees of GORAINVEST AD

Gorainvest AD applies under the procedure as an employer, following a targeted social policy and social responsibility manifested through activities ensuring healthy and safe working environment. This project is an appropriate opportunity for the company to add more value to its activities by taking related measures: improving work organization and introduction of new methods of management and development of human resources, improvement of work environment factors, providing additional social benefits for employees. The activities in the proposal include: development and implementation of a system for development of human resources; providing organized transport to and from the workplace; purchase of personal and collective protection means which would avoid the identified risks in relation to insufficient lighting, excessive noise, chemical agents and dust; equipment and repair of facilities for dining and recreation. Within the project are provided activities of information and publicity as well organization and project management. The target group of the project includes 65 company employees, including 5 persons over 54 years of age, one person with disabilities, 6 mother with a child under the age of 7 years, 2 working families. The candidate will maintain the employment of min. 50% of the target group involved in the project for a period of six months. Planned activities will result in the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to improving the quality of life, improving productivity, enhancing social inclusion by improving working conditions in the workplace and occupational and health status of the workforce, in compliance with the law (national and European), the principles laid down in Regulation (EC) №1081 / 2006 and in accordance with established company policy safety and health at work.
