Improving Working Conditions in GRIPPA JSCO

The main idea in this project proposal is to improve the working conditions in Grippa JSCO, to improve the system for preventing workplace risks and to implement models and practices for elongation of the working life of its employees. The following main activities are expected to be performed: 1. Organization and management of the project. 2. Development, adaptation and implementation of a system for human resources development. 3. Provision of safe and healthy working conditions, improvement of the professional and health status of the employees through implementation of the following sub-activities: 3.1. Providing means for a collective protection. 3.2. Purchase of PPE. 3.3. Acquisition of a safe working conditions standard. 3.4 Training of the company’s staff on the specific health risks, related to the particular workplace and the methods for their containment and prevention. 4. Acquisition of furniture and equipment and maintenance of a relaxation room. 5. Information and publicity. As a result of the performance of the planned activities, the project will contribute to the realization of the target values on the following key indicators: 1. Supported enterprises - 1 . 2. Employed persons, including self-employed, included as target group for the project - 100 3. Enterprises that have adopted new processes for safe and healthy working conditions - 1 The project involves 100 workers, representing 100% of the total number of employees of GRIPPA JSCO. Improving the working conditions for employees over the age of 54 years, as well as for those with disabilities, is a priority and in this respect the project includes measures to support older workers and staff with disabilities.
