Improving the working environment at Odesos PBM AD

This project proposal will be satisfied with the need to ensure adequate mechanisms for prevention of occupational and health risks in Odesos AD. Objectives that the project poses are: - Improving the quality of jobs and to extend the working life of older workers through the introduction of innovative organizational models - Optimize workflows and other practices for easier reconciliation of work and private life - Reducing the negative impact on the environment and raise labor productivity by creating conditions for more rational use of resources of the company; - Purchase of special clothing and personal protective equipment and collective protective equipment in order to achieve even better with the protection of the risks identified in the risk assessment of the enterprise; - Encouraging employees taking a pro-active stance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment - Increasing motivation and satisfaction of employees, and the quality of living and working in the enterprise by providing specific measures for accessibility for persons with disabilities. The selected target group includes all 50 employees, persons over 54, involved in the project are 8 people, and people with disabilities - 5. Included in the project will improve working conditions and quality of jobs for these individuals and will also have a direct influence on the growth of their commitment. Project activities are provided for organization and management, information and publicity, as well as activities related to the introduction of a system for human resources development, purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing, tools for collective defense and to ensure access for people with disabilities . As a result of the project will increase production efficiency and labor productivity, and the quality of the final products.
