"Better working conditions in Ekogrup Ltd."

The applicant main business is the offering travel services with variable character in a hotel complex in the village of Kranevo. The work processes now involves various activities - offering, management and marketing of tourist services, including management and maintenance of the objects. The occupational risks are highest in the kitchen staff, cleaning staff and the suppliers of goods - they are associated with hot workplaces, cuts and burns; slip, trip and falls due to wet and slippery surfaces, use of hazardous substances in cleaning and biological agents in food. Risk factors caused by the nature of work are: compression of time; unusual time in which other people not usually work; long periods of domiciles due to the remoteness of the work, limiting the balance between work and rest. Strategic management of the company is aimed at increasing job satisfaction and quality of jobs, of which the most largely depend on the quality of the final product. Ekogrup Ltd. apply for a financial support in order to improve the working environment and quality of jobs in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions, which lead to - greater job satisfaction. The following activities are provided for completion of the goal: optimization of processes, including flexible working arrangements and introducing innovative model aimed at protecting the environment; Providing organized transportation to and from work; Aim of improving the microclimate in the kitchens; Purchase of PPE and special clothing; Placement of signs on specific health risks in the workplace. By the implementation of project 24 persons employed in the enterprise will be positively influenced including 5 persons over 54 years of age.
