Improvement of the working conditions for better jobs and resource efficiency in EURO STARS GmbH

Euro Stars Ltd is a medium-sized enterprise registered in 1995 in Ruse, dealing with codes and NCEA% of the NSR for 2015:45.19-car dealership or vehicle local distribution vehicles over 3.5 t (main activity generates 39% of the NSR for 2015) and additional 45.11-car dealership (29%); 45.20-maintenance services for cars (20%), 43.29-building installation plants (12%) and employs 91 people working in different locations.With the implementation of the project, as in the target group are included all 91 employees, 22 of them are over in 54 years, the company will fulfill its requirements to provide a safe working environment for its employees and further develop a culture of safety at work, maintaining an experienced and mature team of experts motivated to preserve and build on professional qualifications. Our strategy for the employees over 54 years old is to rely on more mature staff to combine their professional training with work and life experience. The project includes activities to enhance the safety of the work process in Euro Stars Ltd., which cover all employees working in five buildings in the sales and service center in Ruse, by:•Management optimization, HRD and workflows;•Providing means of collective protection safe and healthy working conditions, providing benefits for employees and renovation of the premises;•Purchase of personal protective equipment (PPE) and special work-wear;•Training of workers on specific health risks, as well as training measures for staff development regarding career management. The project includes mandatory activities in organization and management and information and publicity.With the realization we believe that employees will unleash their employment potential, thus improving the competitiveness of the enterprise.We believe that the underlying measures in the proposal will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise and contribute to the development in the field of environmental policy and resource efficiency.
