Safer work in hospital UMBAL-Bourgas AD

This project aims to improve working conditions for employees in Hospital-Burgas AD and include activities to improve the working environment. The main activities envisaged for implementation are: 1.The introduction efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management with an emphasis on employees over 54 years of age and opportunities to accord work and family life by developing internal company documents, policies, plans, programs and their actual implementation in action; 2. Implementation of a software platform to account for flexitime, scheduling and upgrade the existing reporting system of labor and human resources management; 3. Extending working lives of persons over 54 years of age by developing an annual training plan for employees, and in particular training program for persons over 54 years of age to acquire new knowledge and skills and strengthening the practice of life-long learning. 4. Providing new personal protective equipment for working in health care and ensuring protection of the most significant risks according to risk assessment; 5. Activities for information and publicity for the financial support of the European Union; 6. Organization and project management. The indicators for the objectives of the project are: - Provided for use modern personal protective equipment - 688 persons - Informed employed new forms of work organization and policies for environmental -persons 1056 - A new reporting system of labor through specialized software for managing human resources - 1. - Introduced new innovative models of human resources management by developing internal company documents - 3. - Distributed informational materials about EU support in the implementation of project activities - 200 pcs.
