Improving working conditions for employees of "Skladova Tehnika" JSC

"Skladova Tehnika" JSC seeks to ensure the most optimal working conditions for all employees for the course of a normal working process in different phases of ongoing production activities. This draft guidance on aims and objectives to improve the quality and working conditions for all jobs, as well as risk prevention for all employees included in the target group. The focus of the project relates to providing a supportive work environment for all employees of the company - 289 employed persons, of which 159 are over 54 years and 19 reassigned, and the implementation of changes in work organization and human resource management, which turn will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise. One of the key elements of a continuing strategy of the company is stable maintain its position as one of the employers providing employee health and safety. However, the aim is not only to maintain the minimum required under the legislation parameters and continually invests in providing and maintaining optimal ones, and to ensure employee comfort throughout the entire workflow. In addition, the objectives of the project proposal fully consistent with the priorities of the "Development of Human Resources". The project will be realized through implementation of the following listed activities:1. Forming a team organization and management of the project; 2. Development, adaptation and introduction of an innovative strategy for training of employees for easier reconciliation of work and private life, and buying software for HRM; 3. Providing a good and safe working conditions by purchasing high quality work wear and PPE; 4. Improve working conditions through modernization, reconstruction and securing the manufacturing facilities; 5. Provision of social benefits through renovation and equipment; 6. Information and publicity.
